Types of BS certification

1 "Kite" logo certification or BS certification mark

"Kite" logo is a registered trademark of BSI, both domestic and foreign manufacturers can apply for use. The use of the logo of the enterprise not only its products must comply with the requirements of the BS standards, and must have a quality assurance system (BS-5790 ISO9000), in the process of certification, but also to the system.

2 safety signs certification

Products that use a safety mark must comply with the safety requirements of the BS standards or other safety requirements. The way to apply for and approval of the "Kite" sign is roughly the same as the domestic and foreign enterprises.

There are currently more than 20 countries and regions of about 130 kinds of products using the above two kinds of signs. They are Germany, France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, New Zealand, Japan, Australia, Canada, Ireland, North Ireland, Rhodesia, South Africa, Liechtenstein, Hong Kong and other.

3 quality assurance capability certification (factory evaluation and registration)

This system is evaluated according to the BS-5790 (or ISO9000) quality assurance system for enterprises, but it does not require the use of BS standards. As of 91 years of BSI to assess the registered enterprise is about 12000.

4.BS9000/CECC and IECQ certification

This certification is designed for electronic components for quality assessment. BS9000 is suitable for most countries in Western Europe, but IECQ is suitable for most countries in Western Europe, and CECC is suitable for international, which aims to improve the quality and reliability of electronic components in order to guarantee the quality of electronic equipment.

5 assessment and registration of inventory capacity
